REPLACEMENT

If you received inaccurate, or miscalculated reports, please message us in Telegram: @roofeasymate, email us at info@roofeasymate.com or call us +1 (510) 831-9398 and provide a screenshot of the products discrepancy to confirm the condition of your order. Our team will provide replacement assistance as soon as possible.

Please contact us regarding any assistance you require within 3 days of your order’s purchase date. After 3 days we are unable to guarantee that return, refund, or replacement assistance can be offered to remediate the order issue you experienced.

We will reimburse you no later than 2 days from the day on which we receive the inaccurate report. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
